Tasting Boxes
Not sure which flavours to choose? I send out tasting boxes to my upcoming brides, so you can try before you commit. Boxes include 6 flavours of your choice and are £25 plus postage (approximately £4.25 tracked), or they can be collected from me in Giffnock if you're local.
If you go on to book a wedding cake at £400 or more, the £25 tasting fee comes straight off your final balance.
Dietary Requirements
Cakes can be made gluten free, alcohol free, or without nuts on request. Please be aware that as these ingredients are still used in my kitchen, I cannot guarantee that any cake is completely free from all traces, which is important to bear in mind for guests with severe allergies. As standard, most cakes contain egg, milk, and wheat.
How to Book
Get in touch via the contact form with your wedding date, approximate guest numbers, and any design ideas you have. Include inspiration photos if you have them. I'll follow up by phone or email to talk through the details, and always summarise everything in writing afterwards.
Your quote is valid for 3 months. To secure your date and price, a non-refundable £100 deposit is required. If you'd like to hold the date while your design is still being finalised, a £50 Save the Date payment can be made, with the remaining £50 due once your quote is agreed. Full balance is due no later than 3 weeks before your wedding date.
Delivery
I deliver wedding cakes across Glasgow, the surrounding area, and throughout Scotland. Delivery is charged based on mileage and time, with no additional charge for venues within approximately 10 miles of Giffnock. For venues further afield, delivery will be quoted individually.
Please note that the cake table, linen, cake stand, and knife should be set up by the venue prior to my arrival, unless we have made a separate arrangement for me to liaise with your venue directly.
A Note on Cake Care
Your cake is baked fresh for your event and is best consumed within 3 days. If you have leftover cake, it can be frozen, wrap tightly in clingfilm and store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
